Yep- $5 CPM is disappointing, especially when they take up to 30% of that,
knocking it down to $3.5 CPM.

They do list their sales figures right at their site (what's available &
what's been sold), which is a plus- they're not hiding the fact that they
didn't sell much the first time around.

They also list the selling price of each block of impressions that they
sold- almost always the minimum bid of $5. Obviously there is not much of
an auction going on- no one is fighting over these impressions.

I'm going to keep an eye on them though- It's nice to be able to count on a
certain amount of income, as small as that may be. And if they can attract
more buyers and perhaps reduce the amount they have available (by requiring
higher volume and quality), and perhaps raise the minimum bid to $10 CPM,
they might have something!

Is anyone tracking the supply vs. demand figures for ad banners? Is the
supply going up a lot faster than the demand? For game sites this seems to
be the case- I noticed GameSpot unloading some unsold banners at AdBot, and
they are usually the best at attracting advertisers. (It may be a purely
cyclical thing- the demand for good advertising space
