I am in the process of putting together a brief tutorial on online
promotion and Web advertising. Should be ready in a week or two. In the
mean time, you might find the introductory chapters to _The UK Internet
Advertising Report_ of some help - they deal with the basics and are not
too UK-specific. Let me know if you are interested and I will email them
- Word 7 attachments unless otherwise specified, 158KB.
