Netcom's reaction was out to lunch. Another instance of the effect we are
all feeling as the spammers continue to pee in the pool, fouling the water
for us all.

I highly recommend GroupMaster from Revnet Systems. We use it for four
in-house mailing lists, and for our clients' mailing lists -- a total of
almost 100,000 messages a week. Their software will run on a NT server, or
you can choose to run it on Revnet's server. The cost is reasonable and the
ease of use via a browser is high. Their URL is -- http://www.revnet.com
