One of the top 5 things I hate about the web is that most (and I am
talking around 90%) sites run in the US never seem to think that non mercan
traffic
hits the site.

This is true for many things, only phone number listed online is a 1 800 number
listed only useable in the USA to having hyped contests only open to US
residents. This they bury on about page 5 of the 4 point font :-)

I am not a contest expet however the skill question look somehting like
this in Canada:
