Well, I just read this:

HSN to buy Paul Allen's stake in Ticketmaster

HSN Inc., parent of the Home Shopping Network, sprinted into the
sports and concert ticket business Tuesday, buying a 47.5 percent stake in
Ticketmaster Group Inc. from Microsoft Corp. co-founder Paul Allen for
about $209 million in stock.

Now, the idea Paul and Bill doing this for PR does not hold very much water
now..

Any further word on this law suit?
