We're working up a column on this very issue that will be running
sometime in the next couple of weeks on ClickZ, so stay tuned for that
one. In the meantime, you might want to check out WebRep
(http://www.webrep.net) or Cybereps
(http://www.cybereps.com). WebRep is much more established and picky
about whom they take on, but they are a first class agency. Cybereps,
whom we use at Andover.net, is a smaller, but fast growing agency which
works hard for their clientele and have been very effective for us.

There are a number of tradeoffs and decision points you will have to
work through as to in-house vs rep firm, but for now, if I were you, I'd
go with a good rep firm with a current rolodex of all the key media
planners.
