Unfortunately, the Ultramatch system is not available to anyone to license
and is an exclusive feature of the Infoseek Web site. But, the artificial
intelligence system used in Ultramatch is available for any Web site to use.
The system that performs the user profiling and affinity modeling for
Ultramatch is called SelectCast for Ad Servers. SelectCast is an ad
selection engine developed by Aptex Software to integrate with Infoseek's
proprietary ad server in order to boost their ability to target advertising.
Today, SelectCast can integrate with any ad server, including Accipiter,
Bellcore, NetGravity, StarPoint and others in order to boost a Web sites
targeting capabilities.
