ONLINE-ADS>> FocaLink's ease of use, effectiveness

Hello,

I'd like to know if any media planner on the list has experience with
FocaLink's MarketMatch and/or SmartBanner tools that they could share.

I'm tempted to make part of my life easier during the media planning and
placing process, and want to know if others have found that FocaLink's
system is easier, and worth it.

In addition to ease-of-use, I'd like to know if the selection criteria
they offer work in the real world, or if something is missing or maybe
perceived as superfluous when you get down to making a decision about
what to buy?

Also, is it a lack that there is no live ad rep to make a helpful
recommendation based on experience, feedback and perception?

FocaLink _seems_ like an efficient way to make a plan, or at least most
of it, leaving extra time to seek out other smaller, niche, affinity
sites for testing. What's been your experience? Thanks in advance,
