Topic: Research Methods for Selecting Athlete Endorsers

Need: Comments/Experiences from both Sports and Non-Sports Companies
who have hired athlete endorsers for their products/services, and how
they went about their search. PS - There is no presumption that there
is any "right or wrong" method for doing this; many major companies
choose athletes based on anything from draft pick # to CEO
preference.....

Topic: Does Increased Web Site Traffic Correlate to Increased Web
Sales for Sports Sites (defined as sports interest, athlete, retail or
manufacturer sites)

Need: Comments/Examples from any Web master, marketing guru, or other
respondent experienced with the traffic generated at a sports-related
site that is "selling on the Web." There appears to be many sites
claiming heavy visitor traffic, but little hard evidence that this
increase in traffic is actually correlating to increased sales....I'm
looking for someone to prove this claim out!
