I am working on a high profile project and am looking for additional
interview subjects. Specifically, I am profiling owners of websites that
are very successful -- low six figure grosses, minimum -- but are not very
well known. In other words I am staying away from Amazon, CDNow and
Virtual Vineyards.

At the moment I am soliciting suggestions of sites which match the
following criteria:

+ Transactions sites that have a paper catalog and a web presence (doesn't
matter which came first)

+ Transaction sites where 50% or more of their business is international
(doesn't have to be U.S. based, just English-speaking, though they can
cater to several languages)

+ Transaction site that is strictly business-to-business

+ Transaction or content site that did very well and then failed (such as
PC Travel)

There are two caveats: the suggested sites must have been online for at
least a year and they can't be in the computer hardware or software
business or be Internet-centric.

There is a hefty publicity pay-off for sites which "make the cut."
