Topic: Building an online community

Need: Comments/Experiences from companies that build online communities
around a locale, like Atlanta, versus a subject, like skiing. I also
need comments/experiences from end users of these communities about how
to use them for business, networking, selling, marketing functions.
Deadline: December 1, 1997

Request #2 - i.Tech South

Publication goes to high tech companies' CIO's and IT professionals.

Topic: How to evaluate an online ad campaign

Need: What is being done to prove ROI on online advertising campaigns.
Are there some real-life stories out there of campaigns really working
to meet a pre-set objective.

Deadline: November 24, 1997

* For both these publications, I'm very interested in comments from
professionals working in the Southeast, especially Georgia.
