HUMMM... all doctors, lawyers etc? exactly which household member will
be the one who identifies the household? What will happen when there
are 2 or maybe even 3 professions in the household (those darn children
do seem to be coming back home, even when they are somewhat established
in their professions)? Will we have to code in everyone's profession?
I have my suspisions....

Actually I like the idea of getting targeted information fed to me as I
tend to be very brand loyal but I see WAY TOO MUCH room for value
judgements to be made in what I do or do not see. I think we are
farther away from this being a reality than we would wish. I don't mind
Big Brother giving me discounts on what I buy but I do mind being
classified by someone else in my household that may hold very different
beliefs and preferences. But that's just my opinion and my daughter
does tell me that I am way too set in my opinions to be objective (being
22 she is in a position to know, after all when you are 22 you DO know
everything there is to know. ;-) )
