In a different world (and who knows, maybe one that is coming in the
style of "big brother" sci fi), these Personal Identity
browsers would already be the norm. It would certainly simplify our
collective lives (if more data ever truly DOES simplify things!)...
but can you imagine the Privacy Act backlash?!!
