The main challenge is going to be getting a new advertiser for this
every month. It is hard enough getting and keeping customers let alone
rotating them in and out every month. If you can do it good luck.

What I would recommend is selling positioning, ie: entry pages to the
site and specific areas relative to different advertisers. Let them
provide information about themselves through their own web site as it
relates to their positioning at your site.
