After talking with several Yahoo sales agents, I found that Yahoo is not
ONLY pushing porn but targeting their entire biz it seems toward this
money making venue. For example, if you want to reserve a search word
like "porn" FORGET IT!

All words even remotely related to any body parts are sold out
infinitum. I now I tried to buy one!

Businesses like amatuer.com who pull in over $80,000.00 per MONTH, have
locked everyone else out, period.

Yahoo is so hot about their revenue from their porn biz, that they have
now created an Adult Chat site where the sales team (L.A.) has got the
word to sell sell sell! Min. banner is: $588 for one month. The porn
kings invest 5 figures in their Yahoo ads alone.

I predict that Yahoo will look for other venues to sell additional ads
relative to porn as soon as they can think them up. The problem is that
this locks a lot of people out of the biz as everyone knows that Yahoo
is the king of directories. Hopefully MS or other search engines will
become as popular in the future to offer competition as well as
opportunity to enter this biz.

Let's face it Porn is the king of money maker. When the Wall Street
Journal ran a piece on the volume of $$$ flowing into the coiffeurs of
some of the kings in this biz. (see: www.amature.com) you know people
are making real $$$

However, by next year (or later) with bandwidth increasing (vi a' vis
Cable modems)...every guy who can find a single mom on welfare looking
to make a few off the books bucks will be running a live sex show. Heck,
check out the recent HBO specials to see what I mean. The money will
eventually not be as abundant though as the over abundant supply starts
eating away at the market.
