Hi all,

A little while back one of your fellow list members wrote me privately and
made a good point about how people sign posts when they submit them to the
list. I think that person's suggestion should be turned into an official
list policy. So here it is:

Signing Posts
=============
All posts submitted to the list MUST be signed with at least the
submitter's FULL name and corporate/institutional affiliation.

Example:
Richard Hoy
The Tenagra Corporation

Failure to provide this minimum information is grounds for rejection of the
post, no matter how swell it is.

Also, signatures can be no more than EIGHT LINES LONG. Extra lines will be
cut by the moderator. He may start cutting at the top or the bottom,
depending on his mood that day.

This policy goes into effect on 11/1/97.
