Hmmph. I don't reciprocate for a few reasons. But first to answer Leah,
*There are simply too many sites to list and when I do put up a link, it
won't be because the webmaster e-mailed me!*

I have a unique site, but there are plenty of similar sites out there to
link to. But I don't list them. My site is supposed to be a one-stop
source of information on one narrow topic, so instead of saying "here's
where someone with a clue talks about this topic" I will simply create my
*own* content and never need the link. Or at least, that is my ego's way
of saying that "people visiting my site will never leave."

But the easiest way to explain it is good old economics. I want more hits,
and I get paid more for every hit, and I one stingy webmaster.

Ahh, even still I have 200+ links and 40+ pages. But I keep people on my
own site, promoting it, causing the average surfer to visit 3-4 pages
before moving on. I'm building my own empire - and every other website out
there is someone else's empire.
