Chris, I doubt that having the advertiser "pick up the fee" is legal. Check
your Visa/Mastercard contract. Most banks will pull your account if someone
complains. You can use the method in reverse by giving a "discount" for
non-credit card payments, but your list price needs to be the one you
charge on the credit card.
