News of PowerAgents death have been exaggerated, though how greatly remains
to be seen, to paraphrase Twain.

I spoke last night to David Carlick, PowerAgent's pres., and he says the
investors have agreed "in principal" to a third round of financing, though
cash on the barrelhead remains forthcoming, appartently.

There should be a link in that story to the earlier, longer one I wrote
