Caronlin,

Thanks for your thoughtful reply...I have a few comments below.

A point of clarification:

A newer version of the Cosmo player is coming out in a few weeks. I have a
copy of the technical specs:
* A pentium system is recommended
* 8 MB RAM required, 16 MB recommended
* 6 MB of Hard Drive Space
* Navigator 3.0 or later, or Explorer 3.0 or later

A Mac version will be coming out as well. So the tech requirements aren't
as stiff.

WebTV is pretty good at adding new technology to their browsers. A quote
from their website:
"Within the first nine months, our updates added support for RealAudio,
many audio formats, Java Script, Macromedia Flash, frames, the marquee tag
and much more. "
So I wouldn't be surprised if some kind of VRML support is added sometime
in the future as well.

I agree with the download factor and much of you note. My questions were
posed for a more future thought, perhaps VRML ads won't catch on now (or
even at all), regardless, I appreciate your comments. Anybody else have a
thought on this? To see other examples of VRML potential, check out:

Thanks again Carolin!
