Not to be overly picky, but....

Metric
"Clicks divided by ad requests."

Should actually be...

Metric
"Clicks divided by ad requests times 100."

Otherwise this would not be a percentage. Unless IAB is specifically
stating that we should report that a banner that receives 100 impresions
and 1 click have a click rate of .01 when in fact the click rate would be
1. In all reporting that I have sent out I would have reported the click
rate to be 1.
