I run content quality assurance for a major children's publisher's web
sites, as well as consulting on architecture, interface and integrity
for outside clients and run a small site. I use tools like Linkbot to
test thousands of pages a day, all of which happens quickly and
effiiciently with the right configuration. I also supervise a bunch of
people who hand check, with different platforms and browsers, the
functionality and appearance of sites, which, irregardless of technology
is always a necessity.

You could test all this stuff yourself, but knowing the constraints we
all have on work loads, and of course having a bias towards dedicated
testing, I'd recommend finding someone to test your banners regularly,
under a variety of circumstances and configurations. If you have any
questions, feel free to email me.
