Take a look at http://www.neoplanet.com. Owned by Bigfoot,
and already partnering with some U.S. ISP's and Ziff Davis,
the Neoplanet "plug-out" for Internet Explorer frames up the
browser and enables channels (more like permanently visible
bookmarks) and *ads* to be served centrally. Powerful stuff.
