Bingo. This 'new' trick is howl. I spoke to several of
my friends at the engines who not only already knew about
it, they were laughing at it. A common page of inbounds
generated by script via cgi is insane in the first place.
Most engines stop at cgi-bin anyway. Moreover, it is so
easy to spot and stop before indexing it's ridiculous.

Bottom line: It's another tactic of trickery, and is
unfriendy behavior to the engines.
