IMHO this is not a good idea. For many engines, the description meta tag
simply controls how results are displayed to people searching. I can't
imagine anybody not wanting to be able to control the copy they read.
ESPECIALLY if you use have a link exchange banner at the top. "Begin Link
Exchange Code..." is not the message you want to send potential visitors.
