Just a short note in reply to this question. Safe-Audit does not need
to serve up ads from its adserver (at the moment). I couldn't say whether
DoubleClick would want to serve up our ads, I suspect they wouldn't, but
providing our code is delivered intact we don't mind who serves our ads.
