In response to your post Geroge and for everyone else, people are
not surveyed out, its just that....

1. Online surveys need to be short and punchy. You can lose
someone at any time, so you need to keep them engaged. That
means mixing up question types, don't go too heavy on the
scales. Allow some open ends so people don't feel like their
always in a box. Good question writing is an art - that is
something you don't get in survey software.

2. You need incentives. Information is the lucre of the Net
economy - it is worth something. With so many demands for
attention/information, peeple need a real incentive to
participate. Contests appeal to a samll percentage. At
DecisionTree, we pay cash - everyone likes that.

3. How are you recruiting? Banking on people's good will not get
you enough responses for a sizeable sample - and if they do - who
is it that is taking the survey. Is it who you want? Research
is only as good as your sample. You may need to expand the
recruitment.
