I agree that is an important consideration. I can't answer for listbot
since I'm using Lyris; however, Lyris has a VERY strict policy: the list
is the property of the owners, no one but the owner can GET the list
unless the owner specifically sets the software to allow it, and Lyris
cannot be used for spamming.
