ONLINE-ADS>> Ann Handley Takes Conference Cake

After reading Ann Handley's ClickZ coverage of the Jupiter Conference
last week, I am compelled to offer the following: That those handling
event coverage, should realize how much more there is to the task, than
just documenting the facts. Most of the conference coverage I've
encountered has been rather lifeless. Ann's was spirited, focused, and
well organized. And that deserves a round of applause. So I did it. I
gave her the AdsOnline Best of the Net award for August '98! Her
creative delivery of the days' events; her decision to release timely
editions to the Online-Advertising Discussion List; and her enthusiasm
for the task, were all factors in my decision. So Ann Handley not only
takes the cake, but she also takes home a nice award for her services!
