The Challenge shouldn't be that much of a problem. To come in
under budget a 6.5 cent cost per click campaign across
appropriate content sites would work. Most webmasters would be
happy to work with a campaign like this if adequate tracking
systems were used (third party). The challenge arises when you
try to convince them that you should only have to pay for
'unique' click throughs, which in my experience comprise an
average of 78% of raw clicks. As I have no information on who the
sponsor of this plan is I cannot begin to assess the difficulty
of finding appropriate sites to promote through.
