I've had the same problem there as an advertiser -- and as a
host site. In order to verify you are getting paid for
clicks you send, you have to check daily to make sure that
advertisers have sufficient funds, or that they did not
deactivate their plan. When most sites are only paying a
few cents per click, it's hardly worth the time or effort to
do so.

Eventually, I just stopped checking. Initially I was
earning about $5 per day through their system. Today, I
earn about $.75 a day... without any decrease in traffic or
payout rates, and no notification from Clicktrade either
(yet this 85% decrease in revenue). All the programs either
had no funds in their account or stopped their program
(except one). I'm still in the program, but not for much
longer... I need an ad-network that requires less work and
isn't plagued by cheaters (or people who post ads from other
networks and keep a cut).
