It specifically asks users about cookies and I think you
will find this information interesting.

Personally, I have warnings on and accept cookies ONLY from
sites that I register for and I want some personal settings
"remembered". I never accept advertising or "hit counter"
cookies. Of the 12 people in my company, only 2 accept
cookies without warnings. It's about an even split for the
rest, some use the warnings, others never accept them.
