The responses so far have all been of the "well I don't like...I do like"
school. Not a lot of statistical significance there.
My gut impression based on regularly reviewing cookie info at our site is
that perhaps 20% of visitors are uncookie-able, for whatever reasons
(browser settings, proxies, firewalls).
I've had two honchos at big ad-serving outfits say they agree, though as
with my number, they were talking off the top of their heads based on
their "experience."
Other folks have actual (educated) numeric guesses? Or (perish the
thought) actual data?
