Hello,

My company operates an entertainment directory at http://www.fansites.com.
We started our with Commonwealth and never saw more than $80 per month.
Currently we are rep'd by Cyberfirst with backup from Flycast.

I feel that we are at a cross roads with nearly enough success to put us
out of business. We've gone from 300K page views per month to 1.2M in just
one quarter. The problem is we need serious representation to start selling
our inventory on stronger CPM.

After nearly 6 months with Cyberfirst, we've seen more sales than with
Commonwealth (shocking I know), but we still haven't seen strong CPM sales.
Flycast has done well as backup but there have been some serious bumps with
them too.

I'm not sure which baskets to keep my eggs in. Are we big enough now to
start looking for DoubleClick to pay us serious attention? Or, should I
continue to rely on Cyberfirst and hope they become bigger and stronger too?

I'm tempted to switch solely to Flycast if things don't pick up but I'm not
sure what their blind buy inventory is like and I'm sure we'd have to rely
on that for some time.

This is basically a bootstrap project and I feel we are real close to
bringing in the cash without having to look for loans or venture capital.
On the other hand, if we continue to grow at this rate, we're going to have
a hard time paying for the bandwidth upgrade that we'll need to keep up.

Any thoughts appreciated.
