This is one of the needs that ClickTrade, a new service from Submit It!,
is designed to help with. --[Disclaimer: I do PR for Submit It!]-- As an
advertiser, you pick a per-click rate what you're willing to pay to Web
sites that display your banner(s). These "Link Partners" accept your
offer and start sending you traffic. All counting and accounting is
handled by the ClickTrade system. The system is in public beta, so you
could start testing it now.

A cursory look this morning, showed current offers in the Business
Opportunities category of up to $.12-per click and in the Marketing
category up to $.11.

This is a new market-based model and may take some getting used to, but
it may be a good solution to smaller ad budgets. We welcome your
thoughts.
