I don't believe Zapata is nuts. Believe me there are small web companies
with tremendous assets which for one reason or another cannot match the
high valuations on the street and would enjoy doing business with Zapata.

I recently sold substantially all my company (Unified Gamers Online) to a
NYC outfit called Actionworld Inc, (actionworld.com) which is on a similar
course, albit on a smaller level than Zapata. The valuation was more than
fair (only some of us can hope for astronomical). The point, is now UGO is
a part of a company who's backers include Soros Investments, GE Capital,
Comdisco; Global Retail Partners (including the Paul Allen Group, DLJ and
Carrefour), MASA and others.

While not a public company, I could not ask for a better buyer to come
along. Now as V.P. of Strategic Alliances for Actionworld I'll be
spearheading additional alliances and possible acqusitions.
