Yes, this can be done. In fact there are many ways to open a sponsor's page
while keeping the visitor at your site. I just set up a sample page to
demonstrate this. There are four examples. Please click the links under the
banners to

- save the sponsor's page to disk
- open the sponsor's page in a new full size foreground window
- open the sponsor's page in a new full size background window
- open the sponsor's page in a new medium sized foreground window
