Hi All,

Anyone know of companies that manage email lists--Similar to Email Pub or
DeliverE?

Specifically, I'm looking for someone to:

* Manage incoming subscriptions and delete unsubscribes on a
continuos basis

* Execute email campaigns once or twice a month

* Be able to subset the list for different parameters and send
different emails to each subset--such as HTML enabled versus text
emails

* Be able to query the list database for demographic profiles
(age, income, education, interests, etc.) on a quarterly basis
with this information residing in a database that is matched to
email addresses

* Can do this all for about $15 CPM ($0.015 per email)

P.S. Any pointers on how to differntiate/combine/manage email campaigns to
HTML
enabled and text email clients in the same list?
