The LinkExchange bookmark feature works only with LE banners. It is a
cookie based script which creates a dynamic page on their site with a
list of the user's saved links.

My guess is that it would only be feasible for the largest ad
networks to create similar systems. Imagine what it'd be like for a
user to have 10 or 20 different banner bookmark files on different
sites...

Also: clicking on the banner's "bookmark" area takes the user to the
LE site itself, thereby defeating the whole purpose of bookmarking to
avoid leaving a website.
