I've been reading this list for a few months now, trying to learn what I
can, and one lesson has sunk in - I've got a lot to learn. So, having
come to terms with my ignorance, I thought I'd ask for a little advice.

My partner and I run a website which features a Celebrity Dead Pool.
You're probably familiar with the term, but in the event you're not, a
Dead Pool is a game in which players select the 10 celebrities they feel
are most likly to die in the coming year. Whoever gets the most right
wins. No, it's not for everyone, but that's why they call it the land
of the free.

My question is this: How do you make the most out of your 15 minutes?
We've been contacted by a producer for the CNBC show Equal Time about a
possible appearance on the show (maybe Thursday June 11th) debating the
pros and cons of Dead Pools. We've received a fair amount of press
coverage to date (newspapers and radio shows mostly), but we think this
is an opportunity to start generating some national coverage. We've
considered sending out press releases via the PR Newswire, but wonder if
that would have any impact. And no, we don't have much of a budget.

I realize my question might be better answered in the context of a
complete marketing and PR campaign, but any suggestions would be
appreciated.
