I've just managed to sell my first ad banner on my site - and as you can
tell by the question - I'm new to the adbanner business. Since the client
is very big (even if the first buy is pretty small), overseas, and I expect
future business - I want to make sure that the insertion order (and the
inherent agreement behind it) contains few or no surprises for the sponsor
or myself.

Question: What sorts of things should be included in the insertion order to
avoid surprises? Do you know of any "templates" of ad insertion orders that
include some of the boilerplate stuff?
