I see about 10% not returning cookies. There are other aspects that make
cookies problematic. For instance, I know that some users make a habit of
purging their cookie files/folders. So every time they visit our sites, it
looks like a new visitor. Cookies can also be lost when updating or
replacing a browser. Right now, cookies are only reliable for seeing
general patterns of usage.
