I am trying to find some type of software or company that might be able to
help me with a complicated task.

Say, for instance, a company that has international sales distribution has a
database of thousands of customers. Each customer is already entered into
the program with corresponding information of which products they are
interested in, geographic location, etc. Is there some sort of program that
can be used that would sort these names into appropriate lists for emailing
special sales as a direct marketing campaign?
We wouldn't want to send duplicate emails to the same recipient, even if he
is listed in more than one category. Has anyone heard of or had any
experience with something like this?
