Indeed, some search engines do not handle frames. Some do however. Danny
Sullivan's <http://www.searchenginewatch.com> has a great chart showing which
does/doesn't.

I have a great deal of <NOFRAMES> text on the index.html file of our (framed)
homepage, to describe our company and products, and even listing our
meta-keywords, so those search engines which disregard frames will have
something by which to catalog our site.
