I thought I understood about the caching of a site, but recently I am
confused.

Each individual's web browser caches pages for them so they do not have
to regularly re-load pages that they look at regularly. Yes?

Does this mean that someone that comes to your site regularly will _not_
show up as having been served your page? If this is so then _many_ (a
very sizeable percentage) of the people that come to a site would not
show up as having been there.

Are there any general guesstimates of what % of pages looked at on an
"average" site, don't show up as being served?
