Technically and legally everything is copyright of Netscape,
MS or whoever. No ifs or buts. You would have to ask their
permission in writing which may not be worth the hassle
especially for a mail shot, though Netscape may be glad of
the promotional value. Much better to get a good graphic
designer to do a 'browser style' visual which is something
that I had to do for a client's brochure recently. That
solves the problem and it's not too tricky to do. And it
looks presentable.

Bear in mind too that screen shots of web sites are also
copyright of both the browser owner and the site owner
though that's all somewhat of a grey area.

Best advice? If in doubt, don't use it.
