We tested out several packages, but settled on webtrends early last year.
Overall, I'm quite happy both with the program and the company that
produces it.

A few months back, we had some stability problems. Their latest release
seems to have fixed that. I've seen more powerful programs out there, but
webtrends does a nice, accurate, easy to understand shapshot. We post the
HTML output every day on our extranet, and even our nontechnical folks take
a look to see how we are doing.

Plus, they've never raped us on upgrades and we get human responses to our
email support questions quickly. What more could you ask for? Perhaps they
could teach the Redmondites a few lessons. . .

So, overall, a big thumbs up from rainy Oregon.
