I am writing a piece for MediaInfo.com, which is part of Editor &
Publisher, loosely based on the People Mag Beautiful People web site
survey, which Hank, the Ugly Dwarf won by a landslide. I would like to
hear from people on the list who have had experience with surveys gone
wrong or organized onslaughts by Internet users with an ax to grind. If
