If anyone can help me find a copy of this white paper described in this
AdAge article, I would appreciate it. The CASIE and AAAA sites don't
seem to have anything on it.

Mike Donohue's quote in the story below confuses the heck out of me, as
I'm not aware of any way that it can be ascertained whether an ad
actually displays on a user's screen. Read on...
