OK, I didn't want to, but I'm jumping in on this anyway:

Media Queen attitude? Excuse me, but what the
heck are you talking about?

So put the dang media kit online. I'm with Jim M. on this
one. Taking unsoliticed phone calls takes waaay to much
time out of the day. Call for permission to email me the
info instead of giving me a long-winded pitch. I get a
billion phone calls every day and I don't have time to talk
to every sales rep in the world. Also, please don't ask to
come in for a visit until you have given me the opportunity
to evaluate your offering. I would never get any work done
if I met with each and every rep!
I realize that there is bad behavior among agency people and
sales reps alike, but I think we *all* need to find ways to
work more effectively together.
